15 minute timeout, losing all progress
The 15-minute timeout on the education benefits application pages is causing issues for veterans.
I work in the Veterans Center at Del Mar College in Corpus Christi, TX. I have had several veterans get timed out of their applications and lose all the progress; this requires them to start all over. The veterans are not leaving the computer or having periods of inactivity; the website is not registering that the veterans are navigating pages.
Vets.gov needs to fix this error so that veterans can complete their applications for benefits.

No one will answer the phones. I have been on hold for OVER and hour now and counting....pathetic. The website has a slew of issues....from timing out....to locking up....and I've used different computers and different browsers...no excuse is good enough for this mess.
